Horse Power is a Racing Gadget. When used, it can give the player a speed boost one time, but some users substitute it for the Cheetah Gadget.

Around a year before it was supposed to be released, it was craftable by players. In the Field Guide it had the name "Racing Speed Boost", but it was later changed to "Horse Power".
